This year's Swedish Ice Pike Open has been decided - record results! What an incredible year it has been in SIPO, two pike over 130 cm approved, seven at 120 cm or over in total, that's not bad! First of all, a big thank you to all the teams that participated, this is the fifth year we have had the privilege of organizing our little championship.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This year's winner <\/strong>Become a superb team The Vika Boys with Kalle Matsson, Lars Bysell and Mattias Heens<\/a>. Together they have fished a total of 610 cm, a result that "us normal people" probably wouldn't get in a lifetime. Big congratulations to the Vika boys who once again prove that they are at the top among Sweden's most skilled ice fishers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In second place<\/strong> we also find a team that usually fishes really well, Team Slaklina with Anna and Kjell Wiksten<\/a>. Together they have managed to catch a 581 cm pike with a nice 124 on top. Really good fishing as usual!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In third place<\/strong> we find Team fleshpower Nathanael Persson, Edvin Eriksson and Liam Lawner<\/a>. The men account for the competition's absolute longest pike through the year, probably the longest registered pike caught in Sweden. We take our hats off to that once again! What a crazy fish! In total, Fleshpower fished 577 cm during thethe competitor<\/a>! Well done!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
