We want to draw attention to and celebrate the fantastic fishing that can be found in Norrland&#039;s rivers and lakes. Competition fishing in the north is very limited and we want to try to change that! Welcome to the Nordic River Pike Open! Two-day battle on the Ume\u00e4lven! The competition takes place on a 30 km long stretch of river through Lycksele. This stretch is divided into three reservoirs as the river is regulated by hydropower.
