Two-day competition in the Baltic Sea and Östra Laxsjön lakes 30-31/5​

In the heart of Närke, just a stone's throw from idyllic Askersund, lie two of the region's most popular fishing waters: Östra Laxsjön and the Baltic Sea. Here you will be greeted by sparkling lakes, surrounded by deep forests and winding paths - a place where nature invites adventure and tranquility.

Top-class fishing
Both the Eastern Salmon Lake and the Baltic Sea are known for their rich stocks of pike, perch and zander, making them perfect for spin fishing, trolling and not least kayak fishing. The waters are clear and nutritious, and with a little patience you can land some really nice specimens. There are plenty of bays and shallow areas here that attract predatory fish - a dream for the angler!
