""Älvracet – The Kayak Fishing Competition in Dala-Floda! - Last Chance

On September 5–6, it's time for two days filled with excitement, community and fishing in the heart of Dalarna. The Dala-Floda River Race offers a unique kayak fishing adventure where you chase perch and pike in the scenic waters of the Dalälven River.

We live and fish at James's - Kajaktiv - experts in paddling and kayak fishing: Pack your kayak, rod and competitive spirit - The Älvracet is the highlight of the year for kayak anglers!

We compete on Saturday and have fun fishing on Sunday. If you come earlier and want to fish, that's okay as long as you don't fish in the river (Lissfors/Västerdal)​

No preefishing in the River: 28/8 until the start on 5/9​

5 Perches, 3 Pikes​

Competition day: 5/9​

Fishing license: Iffishing​

24-hour card: 110:-​

Accommodation: Quay active 300:-/night ​

Last Chance – Your extra chance to get to the Swedish Championship final!

In the Kayak Fishing League there is a unique chance for those of you who have not yet qualified for the Swedish Championship final. In early September, the “Last Chance” competition will be arranged., 

where five extra places to the final are awarded to the five best placed who do not already have a final place.

Swedish Kayak Fishing Club meetings – fishing fun and community on the water

Our club meetings bring together kayak fishermen from all over the country for wonderful days on the water. We paddle, fish, share tips and learn from each other – completely without prestige. Regardless of experience, you are welcome to join in, discover new waters and meet like-minded people who are passionate about kayak fishing. Each meeting offers community, nature experiences and pure fishing happiness.

On Sunday we continue fishing in the wonderful surroundings.
