Valid fishing license. (not included in the entry fee)

Results are based on length in cm and documentation takes place with photography against a measuring board and reporting in the "Fishy" app. Commenced centimeters are rounded down. The perch must be placed with the right side down and with the nose towards the top of the board, the perch must be placed on the board in such a way that there is no air between the nose and the top of the board and that the tail fin can be gently pressed together without damaging the fish. When photographing, it must be clearly seen that the nose is against the edge and that the length can be clearly determined.

The team measures their five longest perches which gives a total length. Reporting on an ongoing basis. If the total length is the same, the longest fish decides. Each fish is reviewed by the competition management in real time. So keep the fish in the net/livewell until the picture has been approved. "Token" must be included in the picture ("token" is an object the competition participants do not know what it is before the start of the competition when it is handed out at the captain's meeting)

Allowed methods:

Spinning fishing (incl. jig fishing and dropshot), reel fishing, jerk fishing, fly fishing and pimp fishing are allowed.

Natural baits, trolling is not allowed. Scents, only those sold in fishing shops may be used. Drift fishing is permitted. Only fishing with one rod per person is allowed, but you may have more rods fully tackled in the boat. *Minimum distance to the nearest fishing boat is 50 m (two casting lengths). Fishing is only carried out from a boat and disembarking is not permitted except when fulfilling natural needs or in an emergency. When disembarking, all fishing equipment must be left in the boat. Team competition: Teams of 2-3 people in the same boat. Live donors are allowed. Food fish may of course be taken and then the fish must be killed immediately. The recommendation is to avoid killing large specimens, perch over 7-8 hg should be released back. The anglers recommend that all competitions be conducted as C&R where all caught perch are immediately, after capture and documentation, released in a way that is gentle on the fish. Minimum minimum dimensions are recommended at 30 cm.

All competitors must continuously wear a life jacket, overalls, undergarment or other flotation garment from the time the boat leaves port until the boat is back in port.
