Fishing method:

Only spin fishing or fly fishing - Max 1 rod per participant.

(Change between spin and fly is allowed but only 1 active rod at a time may be used)

NO vertical fishing, trolling, trolling, angling, pimp, net fishing, etc.

Only spin & fly!

Only artificial baits may be used, no live baits.

Hook is prohibited! All fish must be re-released!

Competition area:

Optional fishing water throughout Sweden. The water must be open and accessible to

the public. NO PRIVATE WATERS.

The participants themselves are responsible for having a valid fishing license in the water being fished and for following the water's rules.

Fishing without a fishing license leads to exclusion.

Catch and Release:

The pike fight is a C&R competition. This means that ALL fish are released back into the water. Respect this!

Measuring and reporting fish:

Pikes over 80 cm are approved to be measured and the sum of the team's 4 longest pikes is added to a total. The pikes are reported to the competition app.
