It is your responsibility as the competitor to ensure that you have read and understood the instructions below!

All teams depart by boat from Mariefred. Unfortunately, the ramp at the beach restaurant has closed, which means that everyone launching in Mariefred must use the ramp in Ekviken.Loading ramp Ekviken – Google Maps

Rules:

Spinning and fly fishing allowed.

Live scoop, sniping or similar, not allowed.

Start in Mariefred

2-3 man teams.

Do not take anyone's drift, at least 2 cast lengths away when anchoring

Start info:

Competition area: Lake Mälaren.

Open start from Mariefred. In this way, we want to eliminate the risk of accidents in connection with a joint start. All teams start from Mariefred. This means no trailing to other ramps.

Registration and handover of measuring boards 30/6 from 11:00 to 13:30, own board may be used, checked on site by the competition management. After registration, teams may go out and wait for the start time.

Competition time: Friday at 2 pm, end Saturday at 2 pm.

Digital reporting via the app https://www.fishy.nu/app/, opens 2:00 PM, closes Sun at 2:00 PM.

Finish line: No later than Saturday 1/7 at 2:45 PM, the teams must be in place in Mariefred.

Minimum size is 80cm, the 10 longest fish are counted together. Report all approved fish.

Two photos per fish, one on the board (lying belly down, not hanging!) with number and one posing photo with catcher, NO hands on tail coil or tail fin. then there will be a deduction for length. Check the photo before releasing the pike.

NOTE, life jacket mandatory, must be present in all posing photos (rules for SM qualifications)

Award ceremony at 15:30 and raffle of sponsor prizes
