Now GUNKI IRON PERCH 2024 is underway!

On April 1st, the popular Gunki Iron Perch competition will start again. The competition is open to everyone and  involves catching 5 perch of at least 40 cm each in  water of your choice, organized by Gunki Scandinavia. Super nice prizes will be awarded  out both  continuously throughout the year and to the best placed  in total. The competition is ongoing.  between April 1 and October 31. The perch must be caught on a bait of your choice from GUNKI

Fish in your favorite waters when it suits you, enter your biggest fish and compete for lots of great prizes!

Results are continuously displayed on Gunki facebook (https://www.facebook.com/gunki.scandinavia) and FishEco.

The competition period is from April 1st to October 31st.

By reporting a fish, you hand over the entire responsibility for assessing the validity of the fish to us.

We have the full right to reject fish that we believe do not meet the requirements (unclear photo, unapproved measuring stick, illegally caught fish, etc.)

We own the right to publish pictures of fish & catchers on our own social media, Fish Eco and other relevant media.

Results etc. are presented continuously on Gunki Scandinavia's Facebook.

We will choose a stage winner and award prizes on the following occasions:

1st ROUND 1/4 – 31/5

2nd ROUND 1/6 – 31/8

3rd ROUND 1/9 – 31/10

Prices per round (1- 3)

1st and 2nd prizes go to the 2 longest individual perch in each round. 3rd prize will be drawn from all entries.

In the event of equal length, the winner is determined by the second longest fish reported during the same round. In the event of equal length of the second largest fish, the third largest fish will decide. If a winner cannot be determined, the prize will be drawn.

1st GUNKI cap + box of GUNKI baits (Premium)

2nd GUNKI cap + box of GUNKI baits (Pro)

3rd GUNKI cap + goodie bag with GUNKI baits (Standard). This prize is drawn every month among the entries we receive.

Total final prices:

Prizes 1-3 go to those who have caught the 5 longest perch in total during the entire competition. Prizes 4 and 5 will be drawn from those who have submitted at least 5 entries. In the event of the same total length, the winner will be chosen by the longest individual fish.

1st prize participation in a fishing reportage in the company of Jan O./ Fish Eco and one or more representatives from Team Gunki in the hunt for largemouth bass.
