The competition is organized by Orsa Fiskecenter and it's time to register your team! The competition uses the Fishy Live app and Fishy competition system and is part of the Swedish Perch League, ranking system and qualification for the Swedish Perch Championship!

Then we will also throw in an extra prize for the 3 teams that caught the biggest fish. (Only one biggest fish/team will be registered)
CWC has sponsored a BFT Perch Bag - Water Proof, which is given out one per team.

Captain's meeting.
Under the current circumstances, we will have an ongoing "Captain's Meeting" where I will be on site from 6:30 in Rättvik's boat harbor to receive registration from the Captains as you arrive.
Then official measuring boards will also be distributed to each Team.

You can put the boat in wherever you want in Siljan. But the start and registration will take place from Rättvik's boat harbor at 7:00.
If you want/need to launch in Rättvik, there is a nice ramp where you can launch for a swish fee (If I remember correctly, it is 50 SEK, which is enough for a day) there is information about it on site.
I recommend that you arrive well in advance because there is a risk of queueing, or that you find other docking locations so you can take the boat there.

Competition area:
Siljan and the outer border are fundamental, if you have to go under something you are outside the area. Rivers, streams etc. are not included in the competition area.
Otherwise, you can be on the whole of Siljan. Each Team is responsible for ensuring that the correct fishing license is issued for the area in which you intend to fish.
Competition rules:
Only C&R is approved and we expect every fisherman to responsibly handle the fish as gently as possible.
The 5 longest perch are the competition size and the minimum size is 25cm.
2 photos must be taken of all registered fish. 1 of the fish and catch name and one with the fish against the Official Competition Measuring Board.
Where you can clearly see that the nose is touching zero and the tail is visible against the measurements. The tail may be held together if it can be done without hiding the fish too much.
The app also allows a 3rd optional image that can be used for social media.
