Competition day October 11. Competition start 08:00 end 17:00. Captain's meeting 07:30 Review of today's competition area, competition rules, sea rules, conservation zones, prohibited zones and competition time that all captains have control of the app and are in the competition in the app fishy (app for android/iphone) Collection of measuring boards and tokens.

Valid fishing license. (not included in the entry fee)

Results are based on length in cm and documentation is done by taking a photo against the measuring board and reporting in the app "Fishy". Started centimeters are rounded down. The pike should be placed with the right side down and with the nose towards the top of the board, the pike should be placed on the board in such a way that there is no air between the nose and the top of the board and that the tail fin can be gently pressed together without damaging the fish. When taking photos, it should be clearly visible that the nose is against the edge and that the length can be clearly determined.

The team measures their 5 longest pikes which gives a total length. Reporting continuously. If the total length is the same, the longest fish decides. Each fish is reviewed by the competition management in real time. So keep the fish in the net/livewell until the picture has been approved. The ”token” must be included in the picture (”token” is an object that the competition participants do not know what it is before the start of the competition as it is handed out at the captain’s meeting)

Allowed methods:

Spinning fishing (incl. jig fishing and dropshot), reel fishing, jerk fishing, fly fishing and pimp fishing are allowed.

Natural baits, trolling are not allowed. Scented substances, only those sold in fishing shops may be used. Drift fishing is allowed. Only fishing with one rod per person is allowed, but you may have more rods ready tackled in the boat. *The minimum distance to the nearest fishing boat is 50 m (two cast lengths). Fishing is only conducted from a boat and landing is not permitted other than when fulfilling natural needs or in an emergency. When landing, all fishing equipment must be left in the boat. Team competition: Teams of 2-3 people in the same team. Food fish may of course be taken and then the fish must be killed immediately. The recommendation is to avoid killing large specimens. The anglers recommend that all competitions be carried out as C&R where all caught pike are immediately, after capture and documentation, released in a manner that is gentle on the fish. The minimum recommended size is 60cm. Live donors are not allowed.

Darkening takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

All competitors must continuously wear a life jacket, buoyancy suit, buoyancy vest or other buoyancy garment from the time the boat leaves port until the boat is back in port.

Alcohol has no place on the lake!
