AFK Guldkroken and Sportfiskarna warmly welcome you to participate in this year's District Championship in Perch, Gästrikland.

Place: The mouth of the Gavleån River at the boat club. The competition area is the sea.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrival and preparations

- Come in good time.

- All boats must be in place in the starting area before the start.

- At least one person per team must attend the captain's meeting.

- Before starting, a check of boats will be carried out.

- Boat ramp is located directly adjacent to the start. Boats may also be launched at another location.

Start

- Joint start.

Completion and break-in time

- 45 minutes after the competition ends, i.e. no later than 4:45 PM, the measuring board must be submitted and all participants in the team must be present. Teams that are not present will be disqualified.

- After the competition, all teams and boats must return to the starting area by sea before pick-up takes place.

- Only the boat used during the competition may be used for the return trip.

- Return without a boat, in another boat or by other means of transport will result in disqualification.

- Changing boats during a competition may only take place after approval by the competition jury.

Catch management

- Dumping fish in the boat's livewell is not permitted.

- Fish may only be kept in nets for a short time in the event of problems with registration or approval.

- In case of long-term problems, the organizer should be contacted.

Registration

- Registration of fish is done via the Sportfiskarna Tävling app. The app can be downloaded via sportfiskarna.se/app

- Rounding should be done downwards to whole centimeters.

- Blackout period applies from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During this period, the score is not displayed publicly.

- The competition ends at 15:59:59. Registration after this time is not possible.

Photographing the catch

- Wet the measuring board before taking pictures.

- The measuring board should lie horizontally on a flat surface.

- The fish's nose/mouth should be towards the zero point.

- No hands may be placed on the head or tail coil.

- The dorsal fin should be up.

- The fish may be held with one hand if necessary, and the tail fin may be guided with one finger for quick and gentle handling.

- The picture should be taken directly above the stop on the measuring board.

After competition

- Prize giving will take place as soon as possible after the end of the competition at the starting area.

Live donor

- Live sensors are not allowed, including live technology and all-round vision sensors (360-level).

- Try to remove live sensors as much as possible before starting.

- If disassembly is not possible, the sensor is sealed by an official before starting.

- After the finish line, the seal must be broken by an official. Breaking the seal without an official will result in immediate disqualification.

Ramps and setup

- Ramp and starting point: the boat club at the mouth of the Gavleån River, Gävle.

- Parking of the car and trailer takes place next to the ramp.
