- You can register at any time during the competition period and registration takes place digitally via the competition page at www.fishy.nu.

- The competition page is updated automatically at www.fishy.nu and you can always follow who has the most centimeters.

- All fish must be released.

- The jury has sole decision-making authority over which fish are to be approved or not. Others may be brought in for consultation.

Register fish and photograph fish

The pike must be photographed together with a measuring tool that makes it easy for the competition management to verify the stated length. The fish must be measured on a measuring board or tape measure intended for measuring fish.

NOTE! A landing mat is not a valid measuring tool even if there are excellent measurements on it. The entire measuring tool must be clearly visible and must not be on top of the fish. Photograph the fish with the pike's head to the left in the picture. More below!

Registration via the fish app. The fish must be reported on the same day as the catch.

In order for a fish to be registered, it must be at least 85 cm. Measure the fish in whole centimeters. For example, if it is 95.7, the reported length will be shortened downwards to 95 cm. Clarification: Round down.

NOTE: Recaptures may be reported BUT ONLY ONCE, but not on the same day.

All fish MUST be photographed lying down. and in such a way that it is clearly visible that the nose is at zero and that the tail fin is clearly visible against the specified length, otherwise deductions can be made. We recommend that you use a measuring board with a so-called STOP but it is not a must. NOTE The measuring tool can be taken in for inspection if there is suspicion of cheating. Take many photos, always with the pike's head on the left in the picture. Also take a posing photo for use in the media.

- The fish may be held with one or, if necessary, two hands while the measurement and documentation are taking place; no hand may be held on the tail coil or tail fin (resulting in a 10 cm deduction).

We do not accept C&R mats with printed measuring tape as a measuring tool. It is up to the competitor to provide himself with measuring stickers and to use correct measuring tools. Unclear images will be rejected or an appropriate deduction in cm will be made. Checks of entered fish may be made several times during the competition and corrections may be made if the jury deems it appropriate.

Once the competition management has approved the catch, it will be registered and displayed on the page. The Sportfishing Academy reserves the right to use competition images for advertising the competition in the media.

Changes to the rules may occur during the competition if the organizers find reason to do so. If we discover something that we think is illegal handling or similar.

We hope for a pleasant and successful competition for all participants in the Sportfishing Academy's BIG PIKE.

The competition is arranged by the SportfiskeAkademin in collaboration with FISHY.NU, ABU GARCIA, CATCH FISKERESOR, DIDRIKSONS, LOWRANCE & FLYDRESSING.
