Dm pike trolling Östergötland Rules for all 4 competitions

Starting location and competition time will be posted no later than one week before the start on the Malexander Sfk blog.

Competition rules:

Participation in the competition is at your own risk.

You will receive a code upon registration, a measuring board and reference objects will be handed out at the start.

Max 6 active rods/lures per boat. Rods and deep rigs allowed. NOTE! No planerboards. Only artificial lures. Bait must be laid out. Not thrown.

Caught pikes C&R are measured against a measuring board and photographed with reference objects. The 5 longest pikes are counted per competition. Whole cm, rounded down. Minimum size 60 cm

Pictures are submitted via the FISHY.nu app for continuous assessment throughout the competition. Each Team keeps its own journal of the longest pike (Backup). The pictures must be clear and legible to be approved. Each pike must be placed on the same side.

The 3 best competitions out of 4 count for participation in the Sm. Lowest sum of place numbers etc. In the case of the same place number, the longest pike counts. Teams must have completed 3 competitions to qualify for the Sm.

3 prizes for the longest total length at each competition. All caught fish, regardless of species, must be released. As well as medals for places 1-3 in the final results.

Competition jury is appointed before the start. Organizer and 2 participating teams. Captain's meeting before the start. Everyone must wear a life jacket/floating suit. No alcohol during the competition. No practice fishing the week before the competition.

Maximum 3 participants per team/boat. At least 1 participant per registered team must be in the boat during the competition. Membership in the sport anglers is required of everyone participating in the competition.

The competition is sanctioned by sport fishermen.
