Schedule

● Skipper's meeting : 7:00 AM Friday & Saturday (One member of the team must attend)
Locations: The restaurant in Hästholmen harbour.

● Competition start & end time :

● Friday 4/12: 08:00–15:30, inside the pier 15.30

● Saturday 5/12: 08:00–15:30, inside the pier 15.30

● Reserve day : Sunday 6/12 (same times)

● Starting group :

● Day 1: Teams 1–30 start 08:00, teams 31–60 start 08:10

● Day 2: reverse order

● Minimum time : 4 hours of fishing counts as a full competition day if the time is shortened.

● Starter bag : Pick up at the tourist office Thursday 3/12 17.30-18.30 and Friday 4/12 07.00-07.30

Practically

● Ramp :

● Closed 07:00–08:30 & 15:00–17:00 Friday and Saturday

● We recommend launching at least the day before.

● The port : Place at the pier is assigned upon arrival. (Contact the port staff in the yellow vest).

● Fish cleaning house : Located in the harbor, everyone helps to keep it fresh. Waste should be thrown in the garbage room at the end of the house, no waste is thrown into the pool.

● Freezers : Limited space is available in the cleaning room, no responsibility is taken from the organizer for missing fish.

● Toilet/shower : Service house + club cabin (Thurs–Sat.).

● Trailer parking : It takes place in the large parking lot outside the 31st glass. Note: No cars in that parking lot because all trailers must be accommodated,

● Car parking : Available in the harbor and in the parking lot 100 meters up from the harbor below the glass of the 31st. Please ask in person on site.

● ELECTRICITY : Only limited charging, the power is not enough to run the heat in the boat, we recommend your own supply: (Heater).

● The restaurant :

Opening hours: Thu: 15–22, Fri.–Sat.: 06:30–22 Dinner buffet 18:30 Thu–Sat.
