Gnesta SFK invites to the DM in Pädda 2026

Competition info:

District: Sörmland

Lake: Baltic Sea

Fishing methods: Spinning (including jigging and dropshot), reel fishing. Natural baits, trolling or so-called hangers are not allowed.

Competition type: Team (2 or 3 participants)

Number of fish: The 5 longest Pike are counted 

Minimum length: 60 cm

Fee: 400:-/team

Mandatory: Life jacket or buoyancy aid. 

Deadline for registration: October 6th at 8:00 PM

Practice fishing: No practice fishing as a team or individually for those who will participate from October 4th until the start of the competition on October 10th.

To have the opportunity to qualify for the Swedish Championships, all participants in the Team must be members of Sportfiskarna. 

The fish on the measuring board:

Wet the measuring board before shooting 

The measuring board should lie horizontally on a flat surface.

Nose towards zero

Dorsal fin "up""

No folded tail fin

The fish can be held with two hands. 

No hand on head or tail coil/tail

The picture should be taken from straight above so that it is clearly visible that the mouth is against the gable.

Deviations from the rules above will result in a deduction from the length!

Restrictions: 

Livewell not allowed to use!

The same fish cannot be registered by the team a second time!

Captain's meeting 07:45 in the parking lot

Board submission: NO LATER THAN 16:30

Echosounder restrictions: Live transducer not allowed!

Start: The start is from the starting boat outside the 7-knot sign (left of the pool).

Goal: All boards must be submitted by 16:30 in the parking lot, 16:31=Disqualification
