)1. General & competition format
● The competition is conducted as a team competition with 2-3 people per team.
● Only one class applies unless otherwise stated in the invitation.
● The competition is a Catch & Release (C&R) competition – all fish are released alive.
● All participants are responsible for knowing and following applicable fishing laws, local regulations and competition rules.
● The competition management has the right to make decisions on matters relating to the interpretation of rules during the competition day.
2. Participation, eligibility & security
● Samtliga deltagare ska inneha giltigt medlemskap i Sportfiskarna.
● A life jacket or flotation device is mandatory for everyone in the boat throughout the competition.
● Alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating behavior is strictly prohibited.
● Each team is responsible for having functioning communication (mobile phone).
● In the event of an accident or emergency, competition rules may be waived to save lives – the competition management must be informed as soon as possible.
3. Fishing, equipment & methods
● Only spinning fishing is permitted. Natural baits, trolling and hangers are prohibited.
● Only one rod per fishing person may be used at a time (more may be brought in ready-made tackle).
● Fishing is only done from a boat – landing is only permitted in emergencies or natural disasters.
● Unauthorized or protected areas are completely closed to fishing and may not be entered.
4. Measurement, documentation & results
● Endast gäddor med minimilängd (minst 60 cm) räknas.
● The result is based on the team's 5 longest pikes.
● Measurement is made in whole centimeters – starting centimeters are rounded down.
● The pike must be documented by photographing it on an approved measuring board, with its nose clearly facing the stop.
● Klämd stjärtfena eller hand(/fingra på stjärtspolen är förbjudet och fisken underkänns
5. Fair play, protests & penalties
● Fishing may not be conducted closer than 50 meters from another team or their boat.
● It is prohibited to knowingly disrupt other teams or share information inappropriately.
● All catches should be handled gently and quickly to minimize stress and damage to the fish.
● Protest ska vara skriftlig och inlämnad inom angiven protesttid efter tävlingens slut. (1h)
● Brott mot reglerna kan leda till diskvalificering eller uteslutning av hela laget.
● The decision of the competition management is valid for the competition and cannot be changed afterwards.
Fishy Live is the competition's official app and should be used for all registration - each pike should be photographed and logged immediately upon capture (tip: make sure everyone on the team has the app installed so that the process goes quickly and smoothly).
Om GPS/platstjänster används ska ni låta appen skicka in kordinater enligt appens inställningar, så att fångsten får korrekt position kopplad till registreringen. (Synligt endast för tävlingsledningen!)

In case of equal points
- Determined by the largest fish counted.
